If your item is not up to standards or if it does not arrive at your door within 45 business days of purchase, we will issue a refund.
If your product arrives damaged, we require photo evidence, which can be sent to info@simplecush.com. If you receive your product and wish to return it, let us know within 60 days of purchase and we will provide you the return address. We only accept returns 60 days after purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs.
